Due to the novel coronavirus-infected pneumonia in Hubei province recently, in order to effectively cut off the transmission of the virus and curb the spread, according to national laws and instructions from higher authorities, the prevention and control headquarters for novel coronavirus-infected pneumonia in Yichang City, Hubei Province released "Notice on Implementing Traffic Control on Expressways, Ordinary Highways and Railways in the City", and the "Notice" decided to implement traffic control on the expressways and ordinary highways in Yichang from 6:00 January 25, 2020; and Yichang East Train Station, Zhijiang North Railway Station, Dangyang Railway Station are temporarily closed.

Yichang City implements traffic control for novel coronavirus-infected pneumonia prevention. As a result, we cannot deliver our products within the time limit agreed by our contract .This is force majeure by law. And we hope get your understanding.
